Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design customized machine controls systems to meeting special-purpose specification required by customer including control cabinet and equipment wiring with headquarter team members.

  • Troubleshoot all control systems related problem

  • Train and support team members on site and remotely

  • Problem solving and assist with customer service issues as required

  • Ensure all designs are optimized and updated with improved implementations

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years PLC controls and related fields working experience

  • Fully understand CSA and UL Electrical requirements

  • Skilled in Siemens PLC and robotic programming

  • Worked with fuel tank company Kautex or Plastic Omnium a big asset

  • Strong organizational and communication skills and confident working in high performance working environment

  • Fluent oral and written in Chinese a huge asset

Program Manager/Business Rep

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, Review quote, contract, invoice for the complete project and ECN for internal and external. Maintain and review all RFQ from customers worldwide

  • Liaison with customer, deal with all requests from customers in North America

  • Weekly job review, develop and maintain complete project timeline. review performance and detailed task hours

  • Generate sales leads and new business opportunities with existing and potential new customer

  • Design review and approval with Engineers and customers

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years large program managing experience in automation manufacture environment

  • Strong knowledge in all automation manufacture process and terminologies

  • Excellent organizational, communication and socializing skills

  • Skilled in all Microsoft office suite product

  • Worked with both local and Asia large automation companies in North America an asset

  • Confident working in high performance working environment and positive team attitude 

  • Must travel in North America and able to drive

Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure mechanical designs are executed to meet all objectives and requirements with minimal waste with headquarter team members, including special purpose customized automation machine

  • Troubleshoot and assist all mechanical related problem remotely and onsite at customer's location

  • Train and support team members on site and remotely

  • Problem solving and assist with customer service issues as required

  • Review all designs to ensure optimization is implemented

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years mechanical designs and implementation experience

  • Solid background in mechanical systems, especially in plastic fuel tank production line process

  • Detailed knowledge of plastic finishing process and systems

  • Detailed knowledge of other special purpose customized machinery application

  • Worked with fuel tank company Kautex or Plastic Omnium or local and Asia large automation companies in North America a big asset

  • Strong organizational and communication skills and confident working in high performance working environment

  • Fluent oral and written in Chinese a big asset
